Blueberries or soft fruit
Hazel
Grapes
Roses
Lilac
something else?
It all depends what you want from it - privacy or produce? Maybe hazel could provide both giving you hazel sticks, nuts and opportunity to coppice regularly. Fruit bushes would be difficult to harvest next to a wall.
